I am Wayne Lance and I am the author of Exercise-Lose-Weight-Guide.com. For the last 23 years I have been an exercise and nutrition enthusiast. I have taken classes on the subject, read hundreds of books on the subject, and tried a whole lot of new things to learn what works.

It's my belief that there is a lot of bad information that is put forward, much of it by mainstream media and even fitness and muscle mags. Frankly, I believe that all this information makes it difficult for the average person. They hear so much contradictory information, that it's hard to know what works and what doesn't.

It's my goal that this site will provide useful, relevant information, so that anyone can achieve their health goals. I hope you enjoy it, and I would love to hear your thoughts, questions, or suggestions.
