Free Exercise Plans

You will find a variety of free exercise plans here. Some will be strength based, some will be focused on conditioning, and some will provide a little bit of both.
If your goal is to lose weight, you will also find a variety of free weight loss exercise plans here as well. Many of the conditioning programs are also great if your trying to lose weight, so you might try some of those to change things up a bit.

Also, for the sake of variety and to work on different aspects of your body, you could spend time alternating between programs. For example, you might want to spend 6-8 weeks working on weight loss and conditioning. Once you've made some gains, change things up a little and work on improving your strength.
Trainers call this periodization, and it's very common with athletes. The idea is to establish various phases in which the athlete will concentrate on improving some phase of performance, for example strength, power, endurance, anerobic conditioning. The same concept can be applied to just about any exercise plan. You can focus on one plan for a while, then shift to new plan. It keeps you from getting stale, and if forces the body to adapt to different exercise modalities.
