This is an excellent program for those people who take their fitness seriously. It has everything you could want in a program including a members only forum where you can get help or ask questions...There's some seriously knowledgable fitness professionals that participate. One of the things I really liked with this program is the number of workout programs available. Some of the workouts are designed by Dr. Berardi. However, you'll also get workouts from Craig Ballyntyne, Carter Schoffer, Chad Waterbury, Krista Scott-Dixon and many others. There is a workout for every goal and a complete on-line video library with over 450 exercise examples. The heart of this program is the diet. Berardi goes into great detail on the proper way to lose weight. Also, I highly recommend the recipes found in the book "Gourmet Nutrition." Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a great introduction to dieting, getting lean, and building muscle. Tom Venuto's approach is to "teach a man to fish." He tells you what works and why it works and gives you some guidelines and examples to develop your own program. It's one of the best no-nonsense, well researched diet programs I have ever read. While Tom came out of the bodybuilding community as trainer, this book is very appropriate to people who merely want to lose weight and get a bit fitter.
