The diet plan was written by Dr. Chris Mohr. This plan is simple, easy to follow and very sensible. There is no fluff to the program, not a lot of scientific theory, and not a lot of trying to convince you that this approach is the right approach. #3 Berardi's Precision Nutrition |

Precision Nutrition is the most complete weight loss program that I have reviewed. It has more tools, books (10 books in total), recipes, and workouts than any of the other programs. This is the recommended exercise and nutrition plan for those people who take their fitness seriously. But it's probably not for the type of person looking for a casual weight loss and diet program. One thing I really liked about this program was the on-line membership area. There's a ton of of additional information including newly released publications summarizing current research or new topics. There's also a lot of support through the members-only forum. Ask any question and you're likely to get a lot of answers back. This is a very active and very knowledgeable community. Another nice aspect to the program is the number of workout programs available. Some of the workouts are designed by Dr. Berardi. Others come from fitness experts such as Craig Ballantyne, Carter Schoffer, Chad Waterbury, Krista Scott-Dixon and many others.
